About Us
who we are
In 1998 Pastor Mikel D Noles with the help from his wife Mari started All Under Grace Ministries. We have had the privilege to help people, some whose names we never knew. We know how a smile or single touch can mean a positive difference in the lives of those who suffer from pain. We believe one’s own experiences enabled them to help others going through what they have them self-conquered or overcame. When in 2007 Mari developed a rash no doctor could cure, I decided to devote my spare time to find an herbal pain reliver. Her pain at times was so bad she could not sleep, her arms, and chest covered with a seeping rash no one could explian. We were Family Teachers, Life Skill Educators serving others, the rash made it imposible for her to go outside in the sun. Even with our extensive training in the medical feild could not do anything to give her relief from the pain. In 2007 we had to leave our position as family teachers for eleven childen and young adults in state care. Over the next two years I worked to develop our Plantian Cream.
We did learn that her rash was due to pesticides in the food we were eating. After switching to an all organic diet, and using the plantian cream we were able to cure her rash. Working on a hydroponic and organic farm teaching eight disabled adults to run their own business gave us the knowlage to pursue development of our own hydroponic and organic farm to use as a teaching model for those who lack the lifeskills needed to become successful in life.
We have experience teaching social skills, Life skills, implementing treatment plans, implementing behavior plans, coordinating with various professionals on behalf of consumers, providing family-style atmosphere, advocating for those we serve, managing medications, teaching others to overcome self-destructive patterns, break cycles of abuse, develop social skills, and learn responsibility, and work towards becoming healthy, happy and productive members of society.
With all the knowledge God has blessed us with. Our goal is to open a life skills center in St. Johns Arizona to help those who need a helping hand in life. Through teaching life skills, organic and hydroponic farming skills we hope to provide hope in the lives of struggling individuals who lack the ablity to get beyond their troubles.

Our Mission
