No first aid kit is complete without plantain cream.
Broad leaf Plantain contains chemicals that help decrease pain, swelling, and promotes deep tissue healing. Plantain contains properties that kill harmful bacteria, and fungi. It has been used to stop bleeding, reduce back pain, leg pain, arthritis, joint pain, enhanced wound healing, lower inflammation, rashes, sores, and many other conditions. Used for centuries to cure aching muscles, wounds, skin irritation, and burns. In southern Europe, plantain is commonly used to treat snake bites, and to treat injuries sustained during farming. I went to spend time watching my youngest son skateboard at the skateboard park. I was only sitting on his skateboard when it started down the hill.
